Brian helped me out when my garage door completely failed. He was easy to schedule, on time, diagnosed the issue and replaced it before I'd even met him. Good communication and knowledgeable. Happily explained things to me and answered my questions. Took into account my budget and helped me consider all the options. I was leaving town shortly and he worked hard to fully replace the door in 100+ degree temps (!) to meet my timeline. I am SO impressed with my repair experience with Brian. He arrived immediately to assist us on New Year's Eve. As he inspected our garage door, he kindly suggested things that we could use to keep the door functioning well.
