I really didn't have a clue what was wrong with my garage door, it just didn't work. Brian N came out, assessed the issue, explained it to me and got it fixed rather quickly! Highly recommend!!

Even during these times we still have to function. I woke up to head out and found my garage door didn't work. Push the button motor works but the door didn't budge, called 24/7 Garage door repair and they were out at my place within an hour. Turns out the main spring had broke and had my car forever locked in the garage. The technician Brain was friendly and quickly diagnosed the issue, AND HAD THE PART needed right there on his work truck!!! Talk about the stars aligning. I had him change the parts needed as well as service the doors other moving parts. Price was great, service was great, and best of all my garage door works!! I can actually leave if I wanted to. What seemed like a huge emergency was easily taken care of. Great service all around!

Great experience from start to finish. Very clear communication over the phone when I first reached out, in person when the technician arrived at my home. Clear proposal, no surprises. He did a great job, so I don't think I'll need garage door repair services again anytime soon, but I recommend this company to anyone who hasn't used them yet!

We would highly recommend 24/7 Garage. Scott has helped us with installing a garage door opener (after we attempted to do it on our own) and he has maintenanced our other door. Often he is same day service. Recently our door came off the tracks and Scott sent Zander out within an hour and we were well taken care of. Very pleased with Scott and Zander's work and customer service.

I had an urgent garage door issue on a weekend and had called two other companies who didn't have availability till the following Monday. Brian Nicodemus took my call and arrived very quickly. Brian is probably the fastest garage door guy I've met. I contacted him around 8pm and he was there by 9pm, was super informative and wasn't pushy. Gave us time to decide without pressure and honestly that played a huge role in us going with him. Our new systems come with a lifetime warranty as well as a warranty with him. 10/10 recommended!

When I recently discovered that my garage door was broken on a Saturday night during a holiday weekend,, Brian answered my phone call and arrived at my home within 15 minutes. He immediately knew what was wrong and made repairs, charging me nothing. He was remarkably responsive, polite, and knowledgeable; I would highly recommend him to friends, family and neighbors!
